Real Estate is a big business.  You need to be careful because  Real Estate companies are very competitive because they really have excellent houses to offer, people sometimes can't decide what they really want,  and they need help to choose one. I will try to give you some advice so you to can choose a New York Condo easily. First I think that the location is really important, you need to find a Condo in New York with a great location  that will make your life more simple, like choosing a Condominium close to a supermarket to buy your daily stuff, or maybe choosing a condominium close to your job, so you can save the money on commuting  and save time too, of course. Second you need to find a safe place, a place that offers security, the location is important for this tip too, but I think the principal is finding a place with friendly people, helping each other, and that's very important for the security. Another point very important in choosing a Condo in New York are the conveniences, but that's personal, according to each needs, for example I'm a single person so I just need a bedroom, but my aunt has two children, so she has a 3 bedroom Condo, but I can say that I have room service while she is a housewife so she doesn't need it, that's why I say that the conveniences are very personal. These are my tips to find a condo in  New York.  I'm sure that you will find one very soon following my tips. Good luck.
